Purchasing your item of furniture

Upon purchase, we will send you an email confirming what you have ordered. We will begin to make the item of furniture once you have confirmed that the order is correct.

​

Lead Times

The furniture pieces featured are individually made to order and usually take about 4 weeks to complete. If you need an order urgently or for a specific date then please contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

Delivery

The furniture will be delivered in person once a month. We will contact you to arrange a delivery time.

£50 per order up to 3 items. For larger orders of 4 items or more please contact us for a quotation.

For urgent or international orders, please contact us.

Tax

All prices are inclusive of UK VAT.

Materials

All of our pieces are made from either solid beech or oak.

The laminate covers MDF that is edged with solid beech or oak.

All the bent wood is flexi-ply with either beech or oak veneer on the top and bottom.

Finishes

The wood is finished with a water based varnish with a 10% sheen. The laminate edges are finished with real wood that has a wax applied.

​

Customisable options

If you want a particular colour or finish on one of our pieces then just ask. We can advise you on what is available within our range of customisable options.

Bespoke

We also offer a one-off bespoke service where we consult, design and make an item of furniture for our client’s needs. As a studio and manufacturer, we can offer design and production services to the industry as well as the individual. Bespoke designs will require a 50% deposit to proceed.

Pay a visit

Customers are also welcome to arrange a visit to the workshop to discuss orders or drop by for a cup of tea.

Terms and Conditions

We can offer a full refund 7 days after the purchase has taken place. After this time, due to the start of the manufacture, we cannot offer any refunds.
